The comfortable and well appointed living area is furnished with two luxury 3-seater setees and an entertainment system comprising a satellite TV system and DVD player. The DVD player also plays music CDs and the TV can play music from the numerous radio stations available. In addition there is a large coffee table and a bookcase all finished in the same natural wood as the dining table. We are building a small library of books, Cds & DVDs and encourage guests to contribute or swap any books that they may have finished while on holiday.

There is a working open fireplace to give that 'extra' homely appeal during any chilly winter evenings. 

The bright and stylish kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use with everything that you'll need for preparing meals and entertaining, including dishes, utensils, glasses and cookware. The kitchen features a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The gas hob and electric oven are housed in a separate console which doubles as a breakfast bar.

The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and lounge area and features a good quality, solid wooden dining table and 6 comfortable chairs.

There is a smart, fully tiled, modern family bathroom, with full size bath, shower and shower screen. There are two further shower rooms (one downstairs) with shower, basin & wc.

The two twin-bedded guest rooms overlook the swimming pool and garden and have sea views.

Each room is furnished with 3 foot wide twin-beds featuring orthopaedic matresses for a wonderful night's sleep following an energetic day. Each bedroom has a bedside table with reading lamp, ideal for that 'un-put-down-able' holiday book! There is ample storage space provided by the elegant fitted wardrobes. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms provide for your individual level of comfort.

The garden area has an uninterrupted view towards the sea, a distance of aproximately 250 metres. The fully maintained, 4m x 8m swimming pool is surrounded by a paved area and enclosed by landscaped borders.

There is an attractive 'Cypriot style' barbeque in the garden on which to practice your outdoor culinary skills!

Iron gates and railings are installed at the front of the property making it a secure environment for children to play.

The large garden dining table and chairs, together with comfortable sun loungers completes the scene for a relaxing time by the pool if you decide to resist the temptation of the beaches or the other exciting attractions.

Off-street parking is available via the gated driveway at the side of the villa.
